MEGA NUTS — nut power for the method

MEGA NUTS blends a nutrient-rich base with nut components (tiger nut / peanut) and tuned binding. It sets in the mould, survives the cast and builds a persistent food cloud.

Preparation

1. Moisten gradually ~60–80 ml per 500 g and mix well.
2. Rest 5 minutes, riddle through 2–3 mm.
3. Top up 10–20 ml water or a few drops of amino gel (Tiger Nut / Sweet Corn) if needed.

Best use cases

Short sessions, matches, transitional seasons and pressured venues. Pair with 6–8 mm pop-ups, 10 mm wafters or 12/9 mm dumbbells.
